What Is a Cookie?

Cookies are small text files saved to your browser by the websites you visit. They may be used to keep a site working properly, to remember your preferences, or to collect usage statistics.

Records Used on Our Site

• Session cookie (__beyazay_session): created only for administrators who sign in to the management panel and expires after five days at the latest. It is not created for visitors browsing the site.
• Browser local storage (beyazay-a11y): stores the text size, contrast, motion and similar preferences you set in the accessibility menu. This record stays on your own device and is never sent to the association.

Advertising and Analytics Cookies

We do not use cookies for advertising or profiling.

Optional usage measurement is in place and runs only if you give explicit consent. If you decline, no identifier is created. Measurement data is not sent from your browser directly to a third party: the signal reaches our own server, which forwards it to Google Analytics 4. For this purpose the records beyazay-analytics-consent (your choice) and beyazay-mid (a randomly generated visitor number) are stored on your device; the latter is created only if you consent.

You can withdraw consent by deleting these records in your browser settings; the site will ask again.

Third-Party Content

Embedded content such as Google Maps on the contact page and YouTube in the gallery may cause cookies to be set by those providers. Such cookies are governed by the privacy and cookie policies of the relevant provider and are outside the association's control.

Managing Cookies

You can delete or block cookies, or ask to be warned when a cookie is set, from your browser settings. To clear your accessibility preferences, use the “Reset settings” button in the accessibility menu. Blocking essential records may prevent some functions, such as signing in to the management panel, from working.
