THIS CANVAS IS YOURS PAINTING COMPETITION

In cooperation between the Istanbul branch of the Turkish Beyazay Association and Bağcılar Municipality, a painting competition will be held open to all talented people with disabilities living in Türkiye, whether Turkish, refugee or foreign nationals.

People with disabilities of every age and disability group may take part in the competition, sponsored by İSKİ, PTT and Altınbaş University, provided they have a disability rating of 40% or above.

The greatest feature distinguishing our competition — in which people with disabilities of all ages may take part with only 1 painting, and whose award ceremony will be held on 28 April 2018 — from other competitions is that, at the request of the artist and painter Ahmet Güneştekin, the placings are not limited to the top 3.

All works considered to show talent will be exhibited, and their creators will be invited to Istanbul as guests and given awards.
