1. Getting enGrehber is very easy.
From your smartphone you go to the Play Store or the App Store and type “engrehber” where applications are searched for. Once you find it, you install it on your phone without paying any fee.
2. Registering with enGrehber is very easy too.
You run the program on your phone. On the login screen you tap the “Register” link. You enter your email address and choose a password for yourself. Note that your password must contain an upper-case letter, a lower-case letter and a digit, because we ask you to choose a strong password so that people with bad intentions cannot easily use your program.
3. Using enGrehber is very easy as well.
Ask me your question either by speaking or by typing. Say you are going to ask by typing first. Say you typed “how do I obtain a disability report?” I answer as follows: “You should apply to a fully equipped hospital near you that the Ministry of Health has authorised to issue disability reports, and apply to that hospital's medical board unit with the official letters you will obtain from the public institutions and organisations for people with disabilities, such as the Provincial Directorates of Social Services, the Provincial Treasury Office and the Turkish Employment Agency. Now tell me which hospital you would like to obtain your disability medical board report from, or would you like me to direct you to the nearest hospital?”
If you wanted to ask by speaking: tap the microphone symbol for that, then ask your question. “How do I obtain a disability report?” and wait for the answer.
