The President of Kenya's National Fund for the Disabled, Kristina Kenyatta Pratt, and her delegation visited the Turkish Beyazay Association. During the visit they were briefed on services for people with disabilities in Türkiye. Hosted by the Honorary President of the Turkish Beyazay Association Lokman Ayva and President Nejla Sümer, the Kenyan delegation also exchanged information on opportunities for cooperation between disability organisations in the two countries. The visit further covered the situation and needs of people with disabilities in Kenya, and the possibility of making available to Kenyans with disabilities the software, educational materials and everyday and workplace equipment developed for people with disabilities in Türkiye.
