As part of the ” Movement to Overcome ” campaign launched under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, 900 pupils at Gazi Primary School in Manisa first did morning exercise to music and then went to their lessons.
At the school where the nationwide project was launched in Manisa, pupils lined up in the school yard accompanied by their physical education teachers. Morning exercise was then done to music. The morning exercise, in which school administrators and teachers also took part, produced colourful scenes. After the sport they took part in joyfully and with pleasure, the young pupils were taken into their classrooms for lessons.
It was stated that from today onwards the pupils would do morning exercise every morning. The Deputy Head of Gazi Primary School, Gülçin Sayracı, said: “As part of the let's overcome barriers campaign we do sport with our pupils every morning. Our morning exercise will continue until the end of the year. We are very happy to do our morning exercise every day.”
