A certified e-commerce specialist programme created for groups of people with disabilities. The project set out to help this community — turned towards technology and the economy — take its place in e-commerce, Türkiye's fastest growing sector, and to meet the country's shortage of e-commerce specialists from among disadvantaged groups, thereby giving rise to exciting new enterprises.
