Launched in 2009 under the auspices of the Presidency of the Republic of Türkiye, jointly with the Ministry of National Education and the Ministry of State and coordinated by the Turkish Beyazay Association, guided by the principle that “no person with a disability anywhere in Türkiye should be left without education”.
